Slumberland Furniture

I knew what I was looking for when I walked in the door. Salesman was great! Wasn't pushy in attempting to sell me stuff I didn't want or need, and actually attempted to save me a little by offering me a floor model. Unfortunately they did not have one in the same color. Was able to pick up my sofa within 2 days. The whole process was quick, easy, and stress free.

This is the second set of furniture we have purchased from here and we love it just as much as the first. Beautiful, well made furniture. We were able to custom order exactly what we wanted, and it was delivered as promised. Delivery was easy to set up and they did a great job. Cannot wait to spend years enjoying our new, gorgeous dining room set.

I'm telling you right now the protection plans the sales people push here are worthless. I only wish I had read a review like this before I went it. The sofa took a long time to arrive, but was worth it! It is beautiful, and they have reasonable prices. But I tried multiple times to get a snag in the sofa repaired and they came back with an excuse no matter what. And Slumberland is of ZERO assistance. It is a scam, and a complete waste of money! As my kids move out I will make sure none are tricked into this purchase. It's super disappointing. I reached out to Slumberland for help, and was totally disregarded.

We have purchased furniture from slumberland a long time. I would say half the furniture in our home came from there. Every time we would buy the protection plan to cover accidental damage. We just had our first incident and filed a claim. Despite assurance from Slumberland staff that it would cover incidental damage we just learned from the company that it only covers factory defects. We called the store and they said they can't override the companies decision not to cover our claim. So be warned that the claims that the protection plan will cover incidental damages is false. They will call it normal wear and tear and keep your money and not honor the claim.

I cannot say enough great things about Slumberland. Went to look for some furniture for my new home, and Rebecca was my sales person. She was EXCELLENT. Greeted us as soon as we came in, and asked what we were looking for. Was able to show us around to see the location of where these items were, and then gave us the space we needed to look around and make some decisions. All the while, she would periodically check in on us and make sure we were doing great and didn't have any questions. No pressure what so ever, just making sure she provided excellent customer service but also gave us the space we needed to focus on the task at hand. What set her apart the most, is that she really listened to what I needed. Furniture shopping can be daunting and is not a five dollar purchase, so it takes me a little longer sometimes to make a decision. Rebecca made it so easy. She paid attention to what I said and if there was something I needed her opinion on, she gave it honestly. She knew the floor and her pieces front to back and was a wealth of knowledge for me. She made sure I was happy with the pieces I selected as well. If there was something I was going back and forth on, she would point out some features I said I wanted and others I was not looking for, and this helped me narrow down the furniture to find the best pieces for me. She was willing to go above and beyond to look things up on the computer for me such as what a particular piece would look like in a furnished room, which was actually very helpful. As a side note, all the employees in this building were extremely pleasant and fun to speak with. Eric was one of my favorites too and I ended up having a great conversation with him too. Very friendly staff and extremely knowledgeable people here. I would totally recommend Slumberland and the amazing Sales people there to anyone I knew that was looking for furniture. Thank you for a wonderful and fun experience shopping and I am extremely happy and excited with my purchases.
